How to join

Becoming a member of Middle Green is simple.  Ask one of our friendly bar or wait staff for a membership form, fill it out, pay the membership fee and your brand new membership card will be issued immediately.

With our membership base continually growing, we know that our members are our most important asset! Middle Green is the local areas most exciting club with new initiatives introduced continually to ensure our members enjoy great facilities and services.

You must be 18 years or older to become a member.

You can download our application form via the button below. Fill it out and return it to the club with your current ID.
